| dc.description | El presente trabajo abarca el proceso de realización del concierto Música ecuatoriana- fusión interpretación en concierto basado en la descripción analítica e interpretativa del pasillo “Despedida” de Gerardo Guevara. En el mismo, se emplea el jazz como herramienta de fusión musical, con un propósito de explorar nuevas sonoridades, timbres y estéticas con la música tradicional ecuatoriana. De ahí que se plantee como objetivo general: Ejecutar un concierto de música ecuatoriana fusionada con jazz para el concierto de grado de la especialidad Instrucción Musical basado en los arreglos de la obra “Despedida” de Gerardo Guevara. Esta investigación se basa en la recopilación de las obras a interpretar y del análisis del arreglo del pasillo seleccionado, como material central para exponer en este trabajo de titulación. | dc.description.abstract | This work covers the process of realization of the concert Música ecuatoriana-fusión concert performance based on the analytical and interpretative description of the pasillo "Despedida" by Gerardo Guevara. In it, jazz is used as a tool for musical fusion, withthe purpose of exploring new sonorities, timbres and aesthetics with traditional Ecuadorian music. That is why it is proposed as a general objective: To perform a concert of Ecuadorian music fused with jazz for the graduate concert of the specialty of Musical Instruction based on the arrangements of the work "Farewell" by Gerardo Guevara. This research is based on the compilation of the works to be performed andthe analysis of the arrangement of the selected pasillo, as central material to be exhibited in this degree work.
