| dc.description | De un análisis con respecto a la problemática del maltrato animal y negligencia por parte de las autoridades al momento de castigar las contravenciones mencionadas en el Código Orgánico Integral Penal vigente a la fecha en el artículo 56, surgió la presente investigación cuyo producto final pretende aportar a la sociedad y tocar la consciencia de la población cuencana sobre la correcta tenencia y mantenimiento de las mascotas de compañía, así como fauna silvestre mediante la creación de una obra artística integrada por un libro que recopile bocetos, diseño de personajes y dibujos finales en un Concept Art para la futura creación de un videojuego; de este modo se representarán hechos de maltrato, eventos de rescate y liberación que han tenido lugar en la Ciudad de Cuenca. | en_US |
