Abstract

Musical analysis is, without a doubt, one of the academic fields that offers the greatest contribution to understanding the structural functioning of a work. Therefore, it is always important to generate new perspectives of inquiry in order to obtain more comprehensive results. The musical gesture, a musical unit that seeks to hierarchize the listening in the analyst and therefore, order the engineering of the work under another structural logic. There are several parameters that can be fundamental when differentiating or resembling gestures among themselves; in the case of the selected works, the dynamics became the most transcendental element.
