Abstract

This degree work focuses on the architectural design of the Property Registry of the Canton of Gualaceo, originated from a formal request of the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government (GAD) of Gualaceo and the collaboration of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of Cuenca. The third chapter addresses a detailed diagnosis of the intervention area and its context, exploring urban elements such as demography, topography and basic services. Chapter four focuses on the design of the Land Registry Preliminary Project, applying previous criteria. The aim is to create an infrastructure that responds to the needs of the community and integrates with the environment. In summary, this work seeks to develop a preliminary architectural project for the Property Registry in the Canton of Gualaceo, with the objective of improving socioeconomic conditions and services in the area, based on an exhaustive analysis of the history, regulations, and urban environment.
