| Abstract: | This design project is about the research and development of the proposal of interior and integral design for the Sports Institution located in the Province of Morona Santiago, Canton Limón Indanza, which solves problems and meets the needs of the members that belong to
the sports institution. The research process begins with the theoretical study; recognizing the type of institution, the types of offices, spaces for the practice of athletes, the ergonomic and anthropometric consideration that each area of the building should have, the analysis and diagnosis of the infrastructure, considering its luminosity, ventilation, types of materials and systems to be generated to execute a project suitable to its climatic conditions and through this research to comply with its correct functionality and formality. The analysis of two coun terparts, functional and formal, is carried out, managing to consider aspects that will be taken into account to create the design proposal. Digital tools such as AutoCAD, 3 ds Max, Archicad and Lumion are used, in this way it is possible to show the results through 2D and 3D images and their respective planimetry together with their budget. |
| Resumen : | El presente proyecto de diseño se da a conocer sobre la investigación y desarrollo de la propuesta de diseño interior e integral para la Institución Deportiva ubicada en la Provincia de Morona Santiago, cantón Limón Indanza, el cual resuelve problemas y cumple con
las necesidades de los miembros que pertenecen a la institución deportiva. El proceso de investigación inicia con el estudio teórico; reconocer el tipo de institución, los tipos de oficinas, espacios para las prácticas de los deportistas, la consideración ergonómica y antropométrica que debe poseer cada área de la edificación, el análisis y diagnóstico de la infraestructura, el considerar su luminosidad, ventilación, tipos de materiales y sistemas a generar para ejecutar un proyecto apto a sus condiciones climáticas y a través de esta investigación cumplir con su correcta funcionalidad y formalidad. Se efectúa el análisis de dos homólogos, funcional como formal, logrando considerar aspectos que se tendrá en cuenta para crear la propuesta de diseño. Se usan herramientas digitales tales como AutoCAD, 3 ds Max, Archicad y Lumion, de esta manera se logra dar a conocer los resultados mediante imágenes 2D, 3D y su respectiva planimetría en conjunto con su presupuesto. |
