| dc.description | El siguiente trabajo es una guía metodológica para el estudio de violín basada en la técnica Alexander, un método para reeducar los movimientos del cuerpo adquiriendo conciencia del mismo, haciendo un uso más efectivo y saludable de uno mismo. El objetivo de la siguiente propuesta es brindar a los instrumentistas de violín una guía para abordar cuestiones técnicas con un enfoque más orgánico a diferencia del estudio tradicional, conciliando conceptos que ayuden a la práctica musical y performance mediante la consciencia corporal. Con esta finalidad se realiza una investigación sobre la técnica de Frederick Alexander, conceptos fundamentales del violín, la técnica violinística, y finalmente la aplicación mediante conceptos y ejercicios prácticos. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The following research is a methodological guide for violin study based on the Alexander technique, a method to re-educate the body's movements by acquiring body awareness and making more effective and healthy use of oneself. This investigation aims to provide violin instrumentalists with a guide to address technical issues with a more organic approach in a way contrary to traditional study, reconciling concepts that help musical practice and performance through body awareness. With this purpose, this project will cover research on Frederick Alexander's technique, fundamental concepts of the violin, violinistic technique, and the application through concepts and practical exercises. | en_US |
