Abstract

Internal communication in the San Sebastian Hospital has extensive research; the first chapter is about the history of the creation of the Hospital, its location, its opportunities and threats each, their function and their creation of the Center for First Level Care or called Urban Center. In the second chapter investigates ways to make internal communication and forms that are used to communicate between employees and executives or also between health professionals and patients each. Besides the committees within the institution holding the collection of information, taking into account that the Town Center there are ways to communicate very attached to the need rather attached to reality. The third chapter proposes the creation of a Department of Social Communication considering a single person or a group of people within it. This chapter also discusses alternatives and ways of organizing made communication or information prior to publication in the media. Also, the use of surveys, analysis and evaluation of each of the leaders of the departments, thoughts of Social Communication Communication is not simply the act of reporting and report something newsworthy, but knowing what to report, by what means and when necessary, without neglecting the essential human relationships are accompanied by professional ethics, with a purpose to emerge as human and even as corporate image.
