Los futbolistas juveniles: trabajo formativo o trabajo común

Abstract

In the present degree dissertation, a normative analysis of the practice of soccer at the formative levels of sports clubs is carried out. For this reason, the international regulations that contemplate the rights of adolescents and children are analyzed. As well as the national regulations that regulate various aspects that address the practice of this sport, from its vision as a right to leisure and rest, as a right to training and as work. In this last one, the limits that must govern in front of the adolescents are analyzed for which, the interest is centered in the working days, rest and remuneration. And, above all, the rights and protection that must be granted in consideration of being subjects of priority attention.
