| dc.description | En el presente trabajo de titulación se realiza un análisis normativo de la práctica del fútbol en los niveles formativos de los clubes deportivos. Por ello, se analiza la normativa internacional que contempla los derechos de los adolescentes y niños. Así como la normativa nacional que regula varios aspectos que abordan la práctica de este deporte, desde su visión como derecho al ocio y descanso, como derecho a la formación y como trabajo. En este último, se analiza los límites que deben regir frente a los adolescentes por lo cual, el interés se centra en las jornadas de trabajo, descanso y remuneración. Y, sobre todo, los derechos y la protección que debe otorgárseles en consideración de ser sujetos de atención prioritaria. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | In the present degree dissertation, a normative analysis of the practice of soccer at the formative levels of sports clubs is carried out. For this reason, the international regulations that contemplate the rights of adolescents and children are analyzed. As well as the national regulations that regulate various aspects that address the practice of this sport, from its vision as a right to leisure and rest, as a right to training and as work. In this last one, the limits that must govern in front of the adolescents are analyzed for which, the interest is centered in the working days, rest and remuneration.
