| dc.description | El presente trabajo de titulación se realizó con el objetivo de evidenciar el estado actual de la comunicación de la Asociación de Turismo Asoturimazar, a través de un diagnóstico aplicado a la comunicación interna y externa de la misma, con la finalidad de fomentar el desarrollo de la asociación a través de una propuesta de mejoramiento. De acuerdo a los resultados recabados en el análisis de la información, se determinó que la asociación sí maneja la comunicación con rangos moderados de eficiencia, sin embargo, existían aspectos comunicacionales que se debían potenciar, por lo cual se estableció estrategias comunicacionales a favor del mejoramiento y desarrollo de la asociación. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The present certification work was carried out with the objective of demonstrating the current state of the communication of Tourism Asoturimazar, through a diagnosis applied to the internal and external communication of the same, with the purpose of promoting the development of the association through of a proposal for improvement. According to the results obtained in the analysis of the information, it was determined that the association does manage the communication with moderate ranges of efficiency, however, there were communicational aspects that should be promoted, so communication strategies were established in favor of improvement and development of the association. | es_ES |
