Evaluación al ciclo presupuestario del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural del Valle, correspondiente al periodo 2016

Abstract

It works is about an integrating project which contains an evaluation of the "Budgetary cycle of the autonomous descentralized rural Parish Government of the Valle", it corresponds to the 2016 period, our purpose is measuring the degree of efficiency and effectiveness of each stage of the budget cycle. The evaluation was carried out on the basis of financial statements, budget identification cards and questionnaires based on closed questions; it was directly to the administrative workers of the parish government, it showed the compliance with the regulations stablished for public entities. During the evaluation of the budget cycle, we verified that there has not been an optimal control over planning, formulation and approval of the budget; therefore, it caused shortcomings in the budget execution stage.
