Abstract

The following detailed below, document corresponds to the thesis research, prior to obtaining the title of Magister in Construction at the University of Cuenca, framed within the research, construction management, in which the research called is immersed "Analysis of quality management in the planning and construction of apartments in buildings in the city of Riobamba, creating a quality control plan." Within the construction sector, apartment buildings have high demand and high demands, especially in Quality Management, which unfortunately in the city of Riobamba is not applied. It is proposed the creation of a quality control plan in the construction of apartments in buildings, from the planning stage to completion of the building; the research paper consists of 5 chapters. First, the project is defined, identifying the problem, defining the situation to intervene. They a rise objectives and assumptions are made with a specific theoretical framework for the development of the thesis. Knowing quality models and tools currently available, the study and influence in the construction is done, knowing the constitution and structure of departments in buildings projects, the organization of the proposal is defined. Finally, the model quality management arises, establishing its structure and content that is the proposal, and subsequently the conclusions and recommendations are made.
