| dc.description | El presente estudio comprende un análisis doctrinario, jurídico y bibliográfico, sobre la desproporcionalidad de penas en la contravención de tránsito cuando se conduce borracho y las personas afrontan procesos judiciales, en donde se realizó un análisis de derecho comparado de las sanciones que están vislumbradas en el Código Orgánico Integral Penal frente a otras normas y sanciones para contravenciones, establecidas en las legislaciones de Colombia, Perú y Chile así como un estudio respecto al alcance en la aplicación de sanciones privativas y de las no privativas de libertad que se aplican, en donde también abordaremos el análisis de las sentencias del tema planteado. | en_US |
