| dc.description | Esta investigación se basa en el análisis de los beneficios penitenciarios: el Régimen Semiabierto, aplicable a los Privados de la Libertad en el Centro de Rehabilitacion Social Regional Sierra Centro Sur –Turi, teniendo como objetivo identificar los obstáculos que se presentan en el proceso de obtención de este beneficio penitenciario que se encuentra establecido en el Código Orgánico Integral Penal y el Reglamento de Sistema Nacional de Rehabilitación Social. Que mediante un análisis cualitativo basado en testimonios y entrevistas de funcionarios y de privados de la libertad se obtuvieron datos analíticos.
