| Abstract: | In 2017, the Constitutional Court of Ecuador issued Resolution No. 012 – 17 – SIN – CC, which brought several changes regarding the enforcement measures in matters of children and adolescent’s meal. The objective of this research work is to determine, after a year of validity, what the practical consequences of these reforms have been, and whether they protect or violate the best insterests of the child. In order to achieve this knowledge, in the development of this research will study the general aspects of the right to food, the principle of the top interests of the child, moreover an analysis of the Resolution 012 – 17, in order to reach the conclusions and necessary recommendations. |
| Description: | En el 2017 la Corte Constitucional del Ecuador emitió la Resolución No. 012–17–SIN–CC, misma que trajo varias modificaciones respecto de las medidas de apremio en materia de alimentos de los niños, niñas y adolescentes. El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es determinar, a un año de vigencia, cuáles han sido las consecuencias prácticas de estas reformas, y si las mismas protegen o vulneran el interés superior del niño. A fin de alcanzar estos conocimientos, en el desarrollo de esta investigación se estudiarán los aspectos generales del derecho de alimentos, del principio del interés superior del niño, además se realizará un análisis de la Resolución 012 – 17, a fin de llegar a las conclusiones y recomendaciones necesarias. |
