Auditoría de gestión al sistema de crédito de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Educadores del Azuay Ltda. Periodo 2016

Abstract

The present integrative project titled Audit of Management to the Credit System of the Savings and Credit Cooperative "Educadores del Azuay" Ltda., Period 2016, has as purpose to evaluate the degree of efficiency, effectiveness and economy of the activities or operations that are made during the credit process in the stages of granting, monitoring and recovery to verify the compliance of the objectives and goals established in the credit system. This was developed through the application of techniques in which both, the deductive and inductive method, and audit procedures based on selective tests, were used in the three stages of the exam: planning, execution and communication of results. With the results obtained, a final audit report was issued which contains conclusions and recommendations. That will serve as a tool for the credit area staff and managers. They will have a better control in credit operations, improve internal control and manage prudent financial resources. In this way, a healthy growth of the portfolio is guaranteed for the sustainability of the cooperative.
