Planificación presupuestaria en el sector industrial alimenticio destinado a la fabricación de pan, pasteles y pastas, caso aplicado a Fideos Paraíso de la ciudad de Cuenca para el periodo 2018

Abstract

The objective of the present work is to present to the factory Fideos Paraíso a tool that allows to foresee the income and the expenses that will be in the future, the projection of the same goes beyond the net values, a study is made of both the internal factors as external factors that may affect the company's situation, this tool, which is the projection of the budget, also helps management to make timely decisions and fulfill its objectives, through the efficient use of its resources. The work is composed of 4 chapters, in the first chapter the background of the factory and an analysis of the current situation of the same; In the second chapter, the theoretical framework of the integral budget and each of the budgets that comprise it are presented; in the third chapter the execution of the integral budget for the factory Fideos Paraíso takes place; In the fourth chapter the recommendations and conclusions of the integrating project are developed and an analysis of the current situation of the same.
