| dc.description | La presente investigación se enfoca en el análisis del servicio del transporte terrestre turístico para las empresas operadoras Elite Tours del Austro y Ecuavantur S.A. para lo cual se llevó a cabo una evaluación inicial de las condiciones del servicio dentro de las mismas y obtener los primeros indicadores en percepción de los usuarios o clientes; para así mejorar el servicio y conjuntamente con el aporte bibliográfico juntar los indicadores que interfieren en el buen servicio, para así formar una matriz que integre y ayude a mejorar el servicio con una evaluación y análisis del servicio; con una posterior aplicación de los instrumentos de evaluación de forma general al servicio de transporte terrestre turístico o crear una investigación en base a los temas a mejorar. | es_ES |
