| dc.description | OBJETIVO¬: Determinar la prevalencia de satisfacción laboral y los riesgos ergonómicos del personal de Enfermería del Hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso. MATERIALES Y MÉTODOS: Se realizó un estudio transversal con 140 participantes, se utilizaron instrumentos tipo formularios que determinaron: Información sociodemográfica, Riesgos ergonómicos y Satisfacción laboral; en este último se utilizó el cuestionario G–Clinic que consta de 10 ítems en escala Likert del 1 al 5, en donde 1 es el puntaje de menor y 5 el de mayor satisfacción. Los datos fueron analizados con el programa SPSS versión 15.00, se utilizó la estadística descriptiva: frecuencias, porcentajes, medidas de tendencia central: media y desvío estándar. Para la asociación entre factores de riesgo se usó la razón de prevalencia (RP) con su intervalo de confianza al 95% y el valor de p <0,05. RESULTADOS: La media de la edad fue 39 años, el promedio de experiencia laboral 169 meses, con un rango entre 6 y 468; la insatisfacción laboral fue 76,4% y dentro de este grupo: 97% correspondieron al sexo femenino; 72,4 % casados; 81,8% y 87% laboran en clínica y emergencia. El 70,8% corresponde a la posición de pie más adoptada por el personal en el turno. El inmobiliario inadecuado fue un factor asociado a la insatisfacción laboral (RP 1,3; IC 95% 1,22 – 1,50; valor p 0,01). CONCLUSIONES: La satisfacción laboral del personal de Enfermería fue del 23,6%, menor a lo reportado como general, es decir el 30%. Solo el inmobiliario inadecuado fue el riesgo ergonómico que se asoció. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | OBJECTIVE: To determine the prevalence of job satisfaction and the ergonomic risks of nursing staff at the Vicente Corral Moscoso Hospital. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A cross-sectional study was carried out with 140 participants, using form-based instruments that determined: Sociodemographic information, Ergonomic risks and Work satisfaction; in the latter, the G-Clinic questionnaire consisted of 10 items on the Likert scale from 1 to 5, where 1 is the lowest and 5 the highest satisfaction score. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 15.00, descriptive statistics were used: frequencies, percentages, measures of central tendency: mean and standard deviation. For the association between risk factors, the prevalence ratio (PR) was used with its 95% confidence interval and p <0.05. RESULTS: The mean age was 39 years, the average work experience 169 months, with a range between 6 and 468; Job dissatisfaction was 76.4% and within this group: 97% corresponded to the female sex; 72.4% married; 81.8% and 87% work in clinic and emergency. 70.8% corresponds to the standing position most adopted by the staff in the shift. Inadequate real estate was a factor associated with job dissatisfaction (RP 1.3, 95% CI 1.22-1.50, p-value 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The nursing staff 's job satisfaction was 23.6%, lower than what was reported as general, that is, 30%. Only the inadequate real estate was the ergonomic risk that was associated with job dissatisfaction. | es_ES |
