Evaluación al ciclo presupuestario del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la parroquia Tarqui, periodo 2015

Abstract

In the present work of titling "EVALUATION TO THE BUDGET CYCLE OF THE DECENTRALIZED AUTONOMOUS GOVERNMENT OF THE TARQUI PARISH, PERIOD 2015" the evaluation was realized to the budgetary cycle, taking into account that the entity does not realize it; That is, we determine that it is extremely important to carry out the evaluation, since in this way the entity can verify the fulfillment of each of the objectives, programs and projects proposed. In chapter I a brief description of the Tarqui Decentralized Autonomous Government is made. In Chapter II the theoretical framework of the most relevant concepts of the budget, Internal Control Norms for the budget, Principles, Objectives, Budget Structure, description of each one of the stages of the Budgetary Cycle, Indicators, among others, is detailed. In Chapter III, the development and evaluation of each of the stages of the budget cycle is carried out through indicators. In Chapter IV the conclusions and recommendations are made that aims to positively contribute to improvements in the various shortcomings that the entity maintains and recommendations will lead the entity to obtain solutions to the existing problems.
