| Abstract: | BACKGROUND:
Adolescent pregnancy in recent times has become a serious health problem, because this population group is exposed to several changes both physical and psychological the same that are not prepared to handle them, producing in them great vulnerability.
OBJECTIVE:
To determine the psychosocial factors that are related to pregnancy in adolescents aged 15 to 19 who attend the Health Sub-center of the canton Sucúa during the period May June 2017.
METHODS:
Observational, descriptive, cross-sectional study. It will work with a finite universe of 80 pregnant teenagers aged 15 to 19 who attend prenatal check-ups at the Innfa Sucúa Health Subcenter from May to June 2017. The technique to be used will be through the application of surveys related to Dr. Gabriel Smilkstein’s family APGAR, and Zigmund y Snaith’s (1983) Degree of anxiety and depression in adolescents HDA The analysis will be performed using SPSS software V22 and Microsoft Excel 2013. The results will be presented in simple tables.
RESULTS:
80 cases were collected, of which 56.3% were adolescent mothers aged 19 years; 46.3% of all cases were single; 33.8% of young people had not finished high school. 53.8% of the mothers surveyed came from Sucúa; 58.8% of adolescents were engaged in household chores; 43.8% lived with the couple. Fifty-five percent were primiparous, 85% had no pre-pregnancy abortions, and 41.3% had their second trimester. 82.5% had normal family functionality; 42.5% of adolescent mothers had a mild anxiety clinic, while 50% had no symptoms of depression.
CONCLUSION:
The psychosocial factors that influence 80 adolescent pregnant women 47 are housewives, 33 were in the second trimester of pregnancy and 34 had mild anxiety |

OBJETIVO
Determinar los factores psicosociales que influyen en gestantes adolescentes INNFA Sucúa 2017
MATERIALES Y MÉTODOS
Estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo, transversal. Se trabajó con un universo finito de 80 gestantes adolescentes de 15 a 19 años que acuden a controles prenatales en el Subcentro de Salud Innfa Sucúa 2017. Se aplicaron encuestas de APGAR familiar para medir la funcionalidad de su hogar del Dr. Gabriel Smilkstein, el grado de ansiedad y depresión en adolescentes H.A.D. de Zigmund y Snaith (1983) y los datos sociodemográficos necesarios para el estudio. El análisis se realizó mediante el software SPSS V22 y Microsoft Excel 2013.
RESULTADOS
Se tabularon 80 casos, obteniendo los siguientes resultados estos constituidos por el 56,3% eran madres adolescentes de 19 años; el 46,3% eran solteras; el 33,8% de adolescentes no habían acabado la secundaria. El 53,8% de madres provenían de Sucúa; el 58,8% de adolescentes se dedicaban a los quehaceres domésticos; el 43,8% convivía con la pareja. El 55% eran primíparas, el 85% no habían tenido abortos previos al embarazo actual y el 41,3% cursaban su segundo trimestre de embarazo. El 82,5% tenían una funcionalidad familiar normal; el 42,5% de madres adolescentes.
CONCLUSION
Los factores psicosociales que influyen social y psicológicamente de cada 80 gestantes adolescentes 47 son amas de casa, 33 estaban en el segundo trimestre de embarazo |
