| dc.description | Este artículo analiza la responsabilidad extracontractual del Estado, como límite al ejercicio del poder estatal y a la vez, como garantía de respeto de los derechos de los ciudadanos ante acciones u omisiones por parte del Estado que ocasionen su vulneración o perjuicio, generándose con ello, la obligación de reparar, es decir, la indemnización por parte del Estado al ciudadano perjudicado. Consecuentemente, este artículo revisará la responsabilidad extracontractual del Estado, en el área administrativa, así como, en la vía jurisdiccional y la esfera legislativa. Finalmente, se analizará la responsabilidad subjetiva y objetiva, la reparación, el riesgo, el daño y los eximentes de responsabilidad. | es_ES |

Therefore, this article studies the extra-contractual liability of the State, in the administrative, judiciary and legislative areas.
