| dc.description | El presente estudio es una comparación entre los valores de metales pesados en sedimento fluviales con varios parámetros de agua tomados in situ, y con varios índices ecológicos obtenidos de la biodiversidad de macroinvertebrados presente, a fin de establecer datos base para un monitoreo futuro de los ecosistemas lóticos y lénticos del área de estudio. Los metales cuantificados fueron Cromo, Cobre, Plomo, Zinc. Los sitios muestran un grado de intervención variable, principalmente influido por el índice QBR (calidad de vegetación de ribera), la turbidez del agua, la concentración de cobre en los sedimentos, y los nitratos en la columna de agua. La presencia de grandes monocultivos en el área de estudio es aparentemente el factor principal que causa las variaciones observadas en los sitios. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The present study is a comparison between the concentration of heavy metalsin fluvial sediments with several water parameters monitored in situ, and some ecological indexes derived from the macroinvertebrate biodiversity. Copper, lead, cadmium and zinc were quantified. The aim was to raise useful information for future monitoring of lotic and lentic ecosystems in the area studied. The sites have a variable degree of intervention, mainly influenced for the QBR index (quality of riparian vegetation), water turbidity, copper present in the sediment, and nitrates in the water column. The presence of large monocultures in the study area is apparently the main factor behind the values variation in the sites. | es_ES |
