| dc.description | El presente trabajo describe la implementación y diseño de un sistema de telemedicina, que almacena historias clínicas y estudios gastroenterológicos, cuyo nombre es SAPHIENS. Este sistema está compuesto por: Hardware, parte encargada de la captura de imágenes y videos de un equipo endoscópico; llamado como la interfaz hombre-máquina. Software, responsable de la visualización y almacenamiento de los datos del paciente. El capítulo uno da una breve introducción sobre la parte médica, específicamente sobre el sistema digestivo, analizando la incorporación de las telecomunicaciones en la medicina. El diseño y ensamblaje de la interfaz hombre-máquina se detalla en el capítulo dos mientras que en el tres se describe el diseño e implementación de la base de datos y software del sistema. Las herramientas utilizadas para el desarrollo del sistema se especifican dentro del capítulo cuatro. Finalmente se detallan los resultados y conclusiones obtenidos en la realización del sistema SAPHIENS. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The present work, describes the implementation and design of a telemedicine system for gastroenterological studies and medical record storing. We decided to name it SAPHIENS. It is made of: Hardware, responsible of the image and video acquisition from an endoscopic system; called the man-machine interface. Software, for patient data management and visualization. The first chapter, gives a small introduction about medicine, more specifically the digestive system, analyzing the incorporation of the telecommunications in the medicine. The assembly and design of the man machine interface is detailed in chapter number two, while chapter number three describes the implementation and design of the system software and database. The tools that were used in the development of this system are detailed in the chapter number four. Finally, we specify the conclusions and results obtained with SAPHIENS system. | es_ES |
