Nivel de conocimientos sobre hábitos relacionados con salud que tienen los niños de 6t0 y 7mo grado de Educación Básica de la Escuela Reinaldo Chico García en el lectivo 2016

Abstract

ANTECEDENTS: To have a healthy life is not only to be well physically.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES: Identify the level of knowledge and the habits about their healt. At the grade 6th and 7th of basic education at the School Reinaldo Chicho Garcia en el lectivo 2016.

METODOLOGY: It was a qualitative and quantitative, descriptive research, statistical method morbin gave us a sample of 107 school children "Reinaldo García Chico". Research techniques used were the survey which was validated by the pilot and an interview with focus groups (parents) test.

RESULTS: 50% are women and 50% are male, 63% belong to the urban area, 37% to a rural area; 88% belongs to the mountains, the coast 10%, 88% of children perform physical activity; 52%; 54% watch television every day, 64% consume fruits and vegetables. 58% food ingested 1 to 3 times a day; 95% wash fruits before eating; 80% eat junk food; 46% drink soft drinks; 80% eat breakfast; 95% eat some food at recess, 63% wash their hands before each meal; 99% wash their hands after using the toilet; 61% bathe spending a day; 76% brush your teeth 3 times a day; 93% have pediculosis and 46% had tooth decay as diagnosis
