| dc.description | La presente monografía está enfocada en analizar la problemática de Mobbing o Acoso Laboral, con la finalidad de optimizar la información teórica sobre el tema para la intervención en Trabajo Social; basándose en una metodología de investigación analítica descriptiva, el mismo que será desarrollado en tres capítulos: En el Capítulo I, se examinan los antecedentes de la problemática, especificando los inicios del Mobbing, para que en ese sentido se pueda llegar a la definición del tema más significativo de la investigación. En el Capítulo II, se analizan ciertas normativas de los Derechos Humanos, así como también las leyes en el Ecuador, las mismas que están ligadas al fenómeno estudiado. Finalmente el Capítulo III, está enfocado en el accionar del Trabajo Social como profesión dentro del área laboral; siendo puntualizada la intervención en casos de Mobbing. | es_ES |
