La oralidad en el Código Orgánico General de Procesos: un cambio de paradigma

Abstract

Basic need for any State, the administration of justice Quality, involves the construction of a legal adjective procedural regulatory body, the General Code of Processes of modern features that involve the transformation of a System already implemented many decades, the orality system and procedural detriment of scriptural system, necessary and complicated process.

First we will make an analysis of the doctrine about the procedural legal systems. Then describe the practical impact of the oral system in the foreign law.

Finally I´ll analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the oral systems in the processed trials.
