Análisis del manejo de los bienes de larga duración en el CIDAP– período 2013

Abstract

The Centro Interamericano de Artesanías y ArtesPopulares is a state institution since 2011, the research we have done is focused on the management of durable goods, where it has researched and analyzed the way it has been above the goods and the proper way of managing and controlling them.

For the analysis of long-term assets we have taken in account the rules, regulations and laws for the control of durable goods. This work is divided into five chapters, the first part will talk about the institution, its history and structure organizes it has, then we will focus on the concepts to use for your understanding and comprehension, then we will make an assessment of the current situation CIDAP goods taking into account the rules and procedures that have been used. In the fourth chapter we will make the practical application of the integrated management of durable goods, which will make a physical finding, the grasping of necessary adjustments of assets to be reclassified was made, and finally proceed to make the catalog accounts for durable goods. In the fifth chapter according to research findings and the respective recommendations were given in order to serve for the continuous improvement of the institution.
