Plan de costos y financiamiento del proyecto “Huacay - Mann” en la Fundación para el Desarrollo de la Creatividad Artística y Cultural de las Sociedades "LLuchupamba"

Abstract

The present thesis shows us the implementation of three methods for the calculation of the costs, applying all our knowledge in a nonprofit Foundation, with social approach and working for the community in general. The community Lluchupamba always looks for the progress of people,offers alternatives of national music, for delight of a varied public, impelling talents and for its position teaching and educating with new proposals in musical and artistic pedagogic. There is the application of three of the most known methods for the calculation of the costs; once implemented the results are compared, and the final costs are obtained. With the obtained result we realize which one is the method that will be applied later for the calculation of the product costs, being suitable and adapted for the foundation; this method will serve also for the decision making and for a better control of the costs incurred the production. It is necessary to point out that the foundation will start the cost calculation system after obtaining favorable results, but over time the development of a new study is recommended so that the obtained results are consistent and give solutions to the needs that appear. Finally, based on the result of the Cost calculation a Financing Plan is realized, budgeting for the income and costs that they incur. The financial and economic evaluation of the project is fundamental for later investments in the short one and long term.
