Propuesta para la implementación del Fondo de Desarrollo Ambiental de CELEC EP-Hidropaute

Abstract

This thesis has the object to present a viable proposal for the implementation of the Environmental Development Fund CELEC EP - Hidropaute, which seek to provide technical advice to community projects undertaken by the inhabitants settled around the area of influence of the Paute Integral Complex. The methodology used for the collection of information will be the method of field research, which will be done by interviewing workers and people associated with the Fund. All information will be collected in order to get to see the reality of the people called to ask for Projects and formats will be designed for its presentation, in order to give a clear defined central idea, looking to be sustainable and able to be planned, executed and controlled by the responsible persons of CELEC EP-Hidropaute. The proposed implementation also try to give the Environmental Development Fund a clear and achievable horizon, with the approach of Strategic Planning, a survey of the processes to be performed and the determination of the functions of each of the employees, seeking better development of the company.
